Standards

Consistency is important to us and our clients. We have outlined some of our standards that we ask that you kindly follow when carrying out work for us to ensure a smooth and streamlined process.

  • When talking to clients, landlords or tenants please ensure you say that you are from Dynamo Property Services to avoid any confusion.
  • Please do not discuss pricing with anyone other than the Dynamo office team.
  • Should a client, landlord or tenant ask you to do additional work that is outside of the works order please contact Dynamo office before proceeding as this has to be authorised before carrying extra work out
  • When starting work we will need photos so they can be sent to the client or landlord where possible, as without this they could withhold payment.
